The company has created a niche role as a precision sub-contract machinist serving major UK first-tier suppliers to manufacturers involved in missile launch system controls, print industry components and medical instruments as well as aerospace and aeronautics.

Problem 1: The business depended wholly on Andy Armstrong and Dave Gorsuch, the company's Partners. Many of the business details were stored in their heads, thus making their constant presence essential.
