Established in 1989, Hydrowe Engineering are precision engineers and toolmakers with wide experience of extrusion and forging tools and specialise in items for the metals processing industries. For the first five years, we worked exclusively with manual machines but gradually introduced CNC machines, rapidly evolving to much larger tooling jobs, milling capacities for harder materials and wire erosion machines. Our latest acquisition which has just been commissioned is a Mazak Integrex 300-IIIS machine with full 7-axis capability. We have a proven track record and a high level of competency in Metals Fabricating and Tooling Industries.
We are capable of designing and producing a wide range of engineering work, for example:
- Specialised Machinery
- Valves
- Forging tools
- Extrusion Tools Valves, pumps and other offshore and petrochem items
- Balustrades
- Hydraulic equipment
- Prototype work and small specialised batchwork
- Refurbishment of used tooling by remachining and/or weld repair.
Our progressive attitude enables us to offer our clients a very competitive and efficient service and our highly qualified staff will be please to advise you on any technical difficulties you may have. We number amongst our staff qualified engineers, a metallurgist, and a qualified Q.A. inspector as well as time-served toolmakers and machinists.
Hydrowe Engineering prides itself on the responsive attitude towards its customer as we realise the importance of prompt and accurate deliveries.
