BS Engineering are Production Engineers who offer presswork, Small Batch, handmade components, welded assemblies, jigs, die and press tools. We also offer pressings, fabrications and assembles for a variety of materials including polymers, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Our current production varies from pressed and fabricated parts for the motor industry, door and window fittings, pressed; fabricated and assembled parts for the gas/electric fire industry, heavy press work for the security trade, bracketry and fixings for the lighting and electrical industry, pressed and fabricated parts for the scaffold trade and pressed parts for the DIY industry. Produce batches of pressings to customers needs
Our facilities include a fully equiped toolroom, power presses from 6 ton - 150 ton, MIG welding and resistance/spot welding and AutoCAD R14 for design and draughting. We also have the capability of carrying out powder coating. |
