Rojac Tooling Technologies are specialist engineers supplying engineering services and project management alongside the design and manufacture of mould tooling, jigs & fixtures, models, patterns, prototypes & parts, CMM inspection, CAD/CAM and special purpose machinery to a wide scope of industries in a diverse range of market sectors.

Established for over 30 years, Rojac has the technical competence and capabilities to manage large complex projects and regularly manage customers complete tooling requirements from concept design, CAD modelling, tooling design and advice, design and manufacture of prototype, development and production tooling, assembly jigs and manufacturing fixtures, prototype part manufacture, urethane technologies and development through to inspection and support.

All projects undertaken by Rojac are subject to extensive planning: we pride ourselves in our professional project management techniques. All projects are managed online using our online project management system giving customers 24/7 access to live project data (2D/3D drawings, online 3D CAD viewers,  specifications, digital images, etc) and providing an invaluable collaboration tool to keep customers fully informed, speed up communications and streamline manufacturing and management of projects.

We are members of GTMA (World Class Toolmaker), MAA (Midlands Aerospace Alliance), NWAA (North West Aerospace Alliance). We have also recently been added to the 7E7 Global Tooling Resources Portal. Rojac is accredited to BS.ISO: 9000:2001 by BSI Quality Assurance since 1993.
