Philip James Precision Engineers was founded in 1978 with a "can do" approach and a philosophy of "being the best at what we do", Philip James has gone from strength to strength and offers design services, manufacturing facilities and expertise second to none.
Philip James Precision Engineers reputation for service, dedication and willingness to respond to the needs of the customer has consistently provided products of high quality and value for money.
A speciality is sub-contract machining utilising the CAD/CAM linked CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, CNC jig boring and CNC milling. Also available is conventional machining, consisting of internal/external and surface grinding, horizontal boring and vertical milling with the general capacity of 1mtr sqx500mm.
Prototypes, 3-D Milling and small quantity precision components manufactured in a range of standard and difficult to machine materials.
Also undertake, fabricating, supply of castings, heat treatments and surface finishing treatments.
Quality management system approval to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, helps to produce quality products / services and with technical know how, flexible personal service and competitive pricing, customers are assured of satisfaction.
Design and Manufacture can be supplied to the United Kingdom and Europe. Customer base includes:-
