Ethos:
|
|
"PTL seeks to be the premier provider of educational and innovative support services in the UK, and recognised as a major international centre of polymer expertise".
We value our staff very much and have regular Personal Development Reviews (PDR) on a one to one basis which allows staff to get involved and get their views across. Staff are encouraged to provide suggestions and innovative ideas. This is also supported by quarterly staff meetings which usually involve a brainstorming session.
"We are here to serve the customer".
Customer service based on first class response and an understanding of our “customers’ needs”. To monitor that we are providing the best service we ask customers and visitors to fill out a feedback form which capture details on the quality of service and delivery received and even softer issues such as the greeting they received at reception.
Such information is fed into our quality management system to ensure we keep total control of PTL quality. As a result PTL can boast success stories from our customers. |
