Westley Engineering is a long established Toolmaking business with a record and reputation for producing high quality press tools and ancillary services. The company has an excellent quality record and an experienced, loyal and highly motivated workforce. With newly acquired factory space for pressing work, the company is very well positioned to provide a uniquely skilled team for companies seeking a complete pressed component solution.
Presswork.
Current presswork, or stampings, at the company includes progression work, secondary operation presswork, riveting, studding, tapping, drilling, robotic welding and assembly work.
The pressing operations at Westley Engineering are supported fully by the expertise available from our toolroom personnel and engineers.
Toolmaking
Westley Engineering firmly believes that quality tooling is essential to meet productivity levels required in today’s market. The company aims to provide a total tooling solution for our customers from design and manufacture through product sampling, pre-production and production. A tool designed and manufactured by Westley Engineering is built to give maximum tool life with a minimum servicing and raw material waste. Extensive ongoing investments in the latest CNC Machinery with Heidenhain Control, EDM wire & spark erosion machines, OPG & surface grinding. Tool room products include;
