WireTech International Ltd is a full service, specialist EDM (Electro Discharge Machining)  company, operating with ISO 9001:2000 certification both in the UK and in the USA. WireTech International offers full 4 axis wire erosion capabilities on its Charmilles, Fanuc and Agie machines. We have the usual tool room equipment and at our disposal limited CNC turning and milling facilities.

Following several years of steady expansion, WireTech outgrew its old unit and recently moved into its spacious new premises in South Coventry.

WireTech International specializes in manufacturing Wire and Spark Erosion components, Profile Gauges, Aerospace components, Turbine components, moulds, specialist componetns for the Formula One Industry and Motor Sport, Extrusion dies for the plastic and aluminium industry and replication of existing components according to customer requirements.

At Wiretech we specialize in manufacturing small extrusion dies for the plastics industry. Mostly these are for the American market. As well as dies we also manufacture vacuum sizing blocks.

Dies are generally manufactured from stainless steel. Wiretech can produce dies for single or multimple plastic profiles, for example windows seals that may have a rigid profile and flexible legs.

Another diversity is our specializtion in producing splines and gear teeth for prototype gearboxes. We can often manufacture forms to match an existing gear form when there is no drawing avaialble.

Also at wiretech we edm profiles and holes for the land based power generation industry, often reworking repaired blades.
